What is a Bitcoin network confirmation?

When receiving Bitcoin, the new owner typically cannot use it immediately. Once the transaction is made, it is sent to the Bitcoin network for execution and must be included in a block to become legitimate. This process is called transaction confirmation. Inclusion in 1 block = 1 confirmation; once there are 6 or more confirmations, the transaction is considered confirmed. This feature was introduced to protect against double-spending the same bitcoins.

Why is my Bitcoin transaction taking a long time to confirm?

Transaction confirmation delays can be caused by the following reasons:

1. Network congestion. In recent years, the number of BTC transactions has grown tenfold. As a result, the number of operations that need to be included in a block exceeds the block’s capacity, causing many unconfirmed transactions to accumulate, and slowing down Bitcoin transaction speed.

2. Transaction fee. The Bitcoin network is supported by miners who process transactions. They prioritize transactions with higher fees per byte, so a common reason for an unconfirmed transaction is a low fee chosen by the sender.

What USD bills do you accept for exchange?

We accept only new $100 USD bills in good condition. Please ensure that the bills are in good condition, as damaged bills may be rejected.

Where can I check my application status?

When creating a request on our service, you can always track its status. Currently, there are two ways to do this.

1. Log in to our website and go to the “Transactions” section in your account. Here you can find your request number, creation date and time, and its current status. If the status of your request is “Request completed,” it means it has been processed, and funds were sent to the specified account. 2. All systеm notifications are automatically sent to your email provided at registration. If you are unable to check the status of your request in your account on our website, you can always find this information in your email. If no email is provided, you will not receive a receipt for the request.

I paid for my request, but the money hasn’t arrived in my account. What could be the reason?

There may be several reasons. To successfully complete the exchange, please ensure that you did everything correctly:

1. Check if you entered the correct transfer details (wallet, account, or card). If the details are incorrect, you will receive an email explaining the reason. If your request is processed to incorrect details, funds cannot be refunded. We recommend double-checking the accuracy of the data before creating a request;
2. Verify if the funds were debited from your account. If we do not see any incoming funds, the request will be deleted;
3. There may be a transfer delay from the payment systеm or bank. In this case, we are unable to expedite the process; waiting is required. You can contact your payment systеm or bank’s support to find out the cause of the delay;
4. All cases are individual. If your issue is not related to any of the above, you can write in the online chat on our website.
How long does it take to process a request?

The exchange is processed manually by an operator and takes 5 to 40 minutes after payment is received, depending on the operators’ workload.

Why is card verification needed?

Bank card verification confirms that the card belongs to the person performing the exchange, protecting both our service and our clients from fraud.

Simply photograph the card against our website. You can hide all details except for the first and last four digits and the cardholder’s first and last name. The procedure is only required once per card. If you’ve already verified a card and want to create more requests, card verification won’t be required.

If your card is a “momentum” type and doesn’t display your name, we will verify only the card number entirely. However, the actual cardholder’s details must be provided in the request.

How do I exchange on your website?

To create a request, please follow these instructions:

Your request is created and accepted for processing!

What should I do if I placed and paid for the order, but the money hasn't arrived yet?

Carefully read the email sent to you immediately after placing the order. Using any convenient method, provide the operator with your order number, and they will check it promptly.
What should I do if I paid for the order, but its status is still 'waiting for client payment'?

This situation occurs when the payment systеm delays the information about the payment. You need to wait about 5 minutes, then refresh the page. If there is no change, contact customer support.
What should I do if the order status changes to 'deleted' during payment?

Is registration on the site mandatory?

On the haschange.com exchange site, automatic registration is not provided. To register, click the control panel in the top-right corner of the site, then sеlect “Register” from the menu. How long does it take to process an order?
