The use of digital assets and cryptocurrency transactions involves increased financial risks. The value of digital assets may significantly increase or decrease.
By purchasing, selling or holding digital assets, the user accepts the risk of possible partial or complete loss of funds.
Unlike traditional currencies, digital assets are not backed by governments or central issuing authorities. Their value is determined solely by market supply and demand.
The HASchange service is not responsible for financial losses incurred by the user as a result of changes in the value of digital assets.
The user also acknowledges that additional risks related to digital asset operations may exist which cannot be fully predicted.
3. General Provisions
This agreement governs the conditions for providing services by the HASchange digital asset exchange platform.
This agreement constitutes a public offer addressed to individuals wishing to use the services of the platform.
Using the service means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement by the user.
The current version of the agreement is published on the official website of the service.
By using the service, the user also confirms that they have read and agree to the following documents:

HASchange — a digital asset exchange service providing cryptocurrency exchange operations.
User — an individual who uses the services of the platform.
Request — an electronic form submitted by the user on the website to initiate an exchange transaction.
Source Currency — the digital asset transferred by the user for exchange.
Result Currency — the asset received by the user after completion of the exchange operation.
Exchange Rate — the price ratio between two assets used during the exchange operation.
5. Subject of the Agreement
The HASchange service provides users with digital asset exchange services under the terms of this agreement.
The platform performs exchange transactions between various digital assets and may also provide exchange operations between digital assets and fiat currencies when such functionality is available.
6. Service Procedure
To perform an exchange transaction, the user creates a request through the website interface.
All transaction parameters including exchange rate, fees and the final transaction amount are displayed before confirming the request.
The service begins processing the transaction after receiving the user’s funds.
The transaction is considered completed once the funds are sent to the address or account specified by the user.
The service is not a participant in the relationship between the user and third parties and is not responsible for actions of payment systems, blockchain networks or other external services.
7. Exchange Rates and Fees
Exchange rates are determined by the service and displayed at the moment the request is created.
The service fee may be included in the exchange rate or shown separately within the request details.
The service reserves the right to change exchange rates and fees without prior notice.
8. Digital Asset Exchange Process
After creating a request, the user must transfer the source currency to the service’s specified address or payment details.
Once the funds are received, the service performs the exchange operation according to the request parameters.
A request may be cancelled if the funds are not received within the specified time period.
The service reserves the right to establish minimum and maximum transaction limits.
9. AML and KYC Verification
The HASchange service adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
Within financial monitoring procedures, the service may verify transactions and the origin of funds.
In certain cases, the user may be required to complete identity verification (KYC).

10. Liability of the Parties
The service is liable to the user only within the amount of the exchange transaction.
The service is not responsible for:
- errors made by the user when entering wallet addresses or payment details;
- failures of blockchain networks;
- actions of third parties;
- loss of funds caused by fraudulent activity.
The user is responsible for the legality of the origin of funds and compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
11. Other Provisions
The service reserves the right to modify this agreement by publishing an updated version on the website.
Changes take effect immediately after publication unless otherwise specified.
The service may refuse to perform a transaction without providing reasons.
All disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiations.
By using the HASchange service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this agreement.
