Exchange Rate Calculation
The exchange rate for your transaction is calculated using current market data obtained from Bybit.com, based on the USDC/USDT and USDT/USD trading pairs.
The exchange rate is calculated automatically and displayed on the exchange service website, including the exchange office’s margin.
The exchange rate is NOT identical to the market exchange rate, as the final rate includes the exchange office’s margin.
The margin may vary depending on the exchange direction and current market conditions. The final exchange rate displayed on the HASchange website is calculated as a markup over the market rate and is generally up to 2%, depending on the exchange direction and prevailing market conditions.
IMPORTANT: HASchange does not calculate exchange rates by applying a fixed commission to the outgoing currency. Instead, the final exchange rate is determined dynamically based on the market data described above.
The exchange rate is locked at the rate displayed on HASchange.com at the moment the order is created and remains valid throughout the order’s lifetime.
The rate is finalized after the transaction receives 40 confirmations on the Ethereum (USDC ERC20) network.
If the market rate changes by 0.2% or more before the rate is finalized, the exchange rate will be automatically recalculated based on the current market rate.
Additional Terms
Courier delivery is available upon the client’s request. The delivery fee is calculated separately and can be confirmed with the operator via chat.
All incoming USDC transactions are subject to an automated AML screening. The exchange service reserves the right to suspend transactions with a risk score exceeding 50% or transactions linked to sanctioned wallet addresses.
AML screening is performed using the AML Bot | mexm.io service.
