Безопасность и защита от мошенников
Как распознать мошенников и безопасно провести обмен. Прочитайте перед сделкой.
Dear clients, please note: the security of your transactions may be at risk due to circumstances beyond our control. To protect yourself and your funds, we recommend reviewing these key rules for safe cryptocurrency operations.
Basic Security Rules
- Always verify the identity of the person whose details you are sending funds to. If a third party, “broker,” “investor,” or “mentor” is involved — there is a high probability of fraud.
- Be attentive when entering wallet or account addresses. Any mistake makes your transfer irreversible.
- Do not trust offers to “earn with cryptocurrency,” “free training,” “investment platforms,” or advice to “convert money for safekeeping.” These are classic scams ending in total loss of funds.
- Never share confirmation codes, links, or account access with anyone. Even if they claim to be from an exchange, a bank, “support,” or government services — they are scammers.
- Do not process funds belonging to third parties through your bank accounts or wallets. Such actions may be treated as participation in financial crimes.
- Always confirm information with our staff if you receive suspicious emails, calls, or messages allegedly from HASchange. Official communication is carried out only through contacts listed on our website.
Common Fraud Indicators
- Messages from “support” of Trust Wallet, BestChange, or other platforms — are scams.
- Calls allegedly from the FSB, police, or “Gosuslugi” requesting to move funds to a “safe account” — are scams.
- “Help” registering wallets or exchange accounts — almost always an attempt to gain control over your assets.
- Requests to pay “taxes” or “unblocking fees” for withdrawals — are fake.
- Advice to take loans or sell property to “invest in crypto” — a sure sign of fraud.
- We do not exchange rubles for dollars or euros — HASchange only works with cryptocurrency and cash (RUB, USD, EUR).
How to Protect Yourself
- Verify who you are communicating with — request video calls, official links, and documents.
- Never allow strangers to control your wallets or accounts.
- If someone instructs you to mislead our manager or hide the purpose of the exchange — it’s fraud.
- If you have any doubts, contact our support team immediately.
We can help protect your funds only if you honestly describe your situation to our manager. If you hide information or follow scammers’ instructions, recovery of funds will be impossible.
Our service does not provide loans, does not accept funds under interest, and does not collect donations. If you receive suspicious messages from accounts resembling ours — do not act on them and inform us immediately.
With care for your safety and financial well-being,
the HASchange team.
